Dana Rimington is the Executive Assistant for Cascadance, Inc. She brings an extensive array of experience with nearly 20 years working in business, public relations, marketing, and journalism. Dana obtained a dual Bachelors degree in Marketing and Journalism, with an emphasis in Public Relations from Utah State University. She now resides in Ogden, Utah with her husband and four daughters.
Karen Lam has coached Nobel laureates, Olympic medalists, celebrities, rocket scientists and leaders from all walks of life. Over the past 25 years, she has conducted trainings on Wall Street, in a semiconductor plant, in the Tsing Tao Beer factory in China and a Napa Valley winery. Having lived and worked in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America, Karen brings a global perspective to her work. She grew up speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is a student of French, German and Spanish.
Dina Silver is a facilitator, program designer and executive coach with Cascadance, and the President of Pegasus Coaching Group. Dina began her career as a coach and facilitator in 1999. Prior to that she worked in the entertainment industry as President of Midwest Film Productions, an independent film company, where she ran multi-million dollar projects on budget, managed large teams under high pressure and was involved in the creation of award-winning films.
Alyssa Levy is an executive coach and program designer with Cascadance, and the Principal of Alyssa Levy Associates. Alyssa’s extensive experience as both an internal and external consultant affords her a unique ability to effectively address complex issues in organizational redesign and development. She has worked in high-tech, biotech, financial services, health care, professional services, commercial real estate and manufacturing sectors and facilitates a course in Interpersonal Dynamics at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Lisa Marshall is known for bringing leaders’ stories to life: whether an executive who wants to create new magic in her technology business, an engineer who wants to work in an organization where people honor their commitments, an entrepreneur who wants to spark a renaissance in her community with a brewpub, or the trio who want to start a custom butcher facility for small animal producers. Before moving into the business world, she spent 12 years producing documentary films on social change.
