Dina Silver

Dina Silver is a facilitator, program designer and executive coach with Cascadance, and the President of Pegasus Coaching Group. Dina began her career as a coach and facilitator in 1999.

Prior to that she worked in the entertainment industry as President of Midwest Film Productions, an independent film company, where she ran multi-million dollar projects on budget, managed large teams under high pressure and was involved in the creation of award-winning films.

For the last sixteen years, Dina has worked with hundreds of senior executives and their teams to develop leaders with the strategy to support compelling visions and with clear objectives to support their strategies.  Gifted with an ability to see into complex situations and distill simple, actionable solutions, Dina has designed and delivered numerous corporate programs on a wide range of topics that support organizational capability.

Dina holds a B.A. in history from Princeton University. She received her coaching accreditation from The Coaches Training Institute and her credential as a Master Coach from The International Coach Federation. She is certified in a range of assessment tools including DISC and PIA, the Bar-On EQi and 5 Dynamics.

Dina has enjoyed trusted advisor status with high performance individuals, teams and organizations in the high tech, entertainment, banking, and marketing industries. Clients include: Yahoo!, Cisco, Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Synaptics, Accenture, Barclays Bank, LeapFrog Enterprises, AAA of Northern California, DDB Advertising, The J Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and The City of Burbank.

She is currently earning a Masters in Psychology, lives in Santa Monica, CA where in her spare time she takes tap dancing and improv classes and leads a monthly mastermind group focused on the shifting sands of life in the 50s.
