Cascadance partners with a network of carefully selected coaches and leadership development firms throughout the United States and Europe.

We hand select team members for larger organizational projects and have alliances with firms specializing in a variety of assessments, models and change methodologies. We have personally experienced the work of all partners and only engage top-level talent with proven track records. Cascadance Partners all share a minimum of 10 years in senior internal leadership roles and/or external leadership development consulting. Most are founders or senior partners in their own companies. The result is highly skilled teams customized to the client’s unique challenges.
